🏷️ What is an nTag?
An nTag is a unique nsave handle. Instead of entering bank details, you send money using someone's nTag and it lands in their nsave account instantly. Payments between nsave accounts are always instant and free.
1️⃣ Save your employees as contacts (optional)
You can save each employee so they're easy to pick and reuse:
Go to Contacts and select Add nsaver.
Enter their nTag (their nsave handle) and save. Transfers to nsave users are fee-free.
Or skip this and just include their nTags directly in your bulk CSV (step below).
2️⃣ Run multi-currency bulk payroll
In your Business Account, go to Transfers and select Bulk Transfer.
Download the CSV template.
Fill in each employee's nTag, the amount, and the currency (GBP, EUR, or USD). You can mix currencies in the same file.
Upload the completed CSV.
Review the summary — total amount, number of recipients, and your available balance.
Confirm — everyone is paid at once, and payments land in seconds.
💸 Paying a single employee
To pay just one person:
Go to Transfers → New Transfer.
Choose the account to send from.
Enter the amount and pick the employee's nTag contact (or add them via Add nsaver first).
Add a reference, review the breakdown, then confirm.

What if an employee doesn't have an nTag?
nTag payments only work between nsave accounts. For recipients without an nsave account, use a standard transfer with their bank details instead.
