With about a hundred live classes happening every week, it could be overwhelming to look through all of the options and find the right one for you. Well, have no fear: the Ompractice live class schedule offers both search and filter functionality to help you find the right class for your needs.

How to Use Search

If you want to search classes by class title, keyword, or the teacher's name, you can easily use the search bar to narrow down your results.

  1. Go to the class schedule page: https://app.ompractice.com/schedule

  2. At the top of the page, beneath the page title and description, find the little search bar with placeholder text that says "Search Classes..."

  3. Click into the search bar and type the keyword you want to use. Note that if you are searching for a teacher, you may want to search by only their first name

  4. When you have finished typing your search term, either click the magnifying glass button or press the Enter/Return key to kick off the search

  5. You'll see a loading message while the classes are fetched. Wait until you see the list of classes. For example, below is a screenshot of a search for "tight shoulders": https://app.ompractice.com/schedule?search=tight+shoulders

How to Use Filters

If you're not sure what search term to use or instead want to limit the class results to a specific group of teachers or class types, you can use class filtering instead.

  1. Go to the class schedule page: https://app.ompractice.com/schedule

  2. At the top of the page, beneath the page title and description, find the little beige button that says "Filter Classes"

  3. Click the button to open up the Filter Classes side panel

  4. Adjust your filtering criteria accordingly

  5. When you have finished updating your filters, click the teal "Show Classes" button at the bottom of the side panel to apply the filters and refetch the class schedule. The side panel should automatically close

  6. If you want to clear your filters, open the Filter Classes side panel and click the white "Clear All" button at the bottom of the side panel. Any applied filters should automatically be removed and the side panel should close

Filter Options

There are many ways to filter the Ompractice class schedule. Below is a list of options.

  • Teachers: this filter lets you limit the class results to one or more teachers. Simply click into the teachers dropdown to see a full list or start typing the names of the teachers you want to include in your search.

  • Experience level: this filter lets you restrict classes to only certain levels of experience. For example, if you are a complete beginner, you may want to select "No Experience Required." However, if you're an advanced student looking for advanced instruction, you may want to select "Some Experience Required" or "Lots of Experience Required". Please note, however, that most of our classes are intended for students with any level of experience.

  • Class length: if you only have time and energy for a short class โ€“ or conversely, if you're looking to workout for a minimum period of time โ€“ you can use this slider to limit which classes show up in the search results.

  • Class type: you can select one or more movement types or modalities to include in your results. For example, if you want to show both breathwork classes and meditation classes but nothing else, you can select those two modalities from the list. So long as a class is either of those types, it will appear in your results.

  • Students: this filtering section lists out different types of audiences, like students looking for "good sleep" classes or students who are veterans. To filter classes by who or what they cater to, select one or more options from this list.

  • Intensity: some classes are gentle and require little to no movement while others are vigorous and will get you sweaty. Select one or more options from this filtering section to limit the classes that appear by their intensity.
