OneLocal offers a monthly report with our LocalReviews product. Inside, you'll find detailed information about your performance over the past month, including improvements in your online ratings, a breakdown of who's been sending out review requests, the reviews you've received the past month, and more. Take a look below!

Page 1 - Your Performance Summary

You'll see an example first page of the report below. Here, we'll let you know your highlights of the past month, which include the amount of 5-star google reviews you've gained over the past month as well as any increase in your Google or Facebook ratings.

You'll also get a breakdown of your responses sent vs. responses received, how many responses were completed, and the total number of new reviews (with a breakdown of which platform those came on).

Lastly, you'll see what your star rating currently is for each of your connected platforms.

Page 2 - Leaderboard

Page 2 shows you a breakdown of which accounts sent out requests the past month, including the number of Positive responses. The Sentiment column shows the percentage of the total responses that were Positive.

Page 3 - General Analytics

Here, you can see your Reviews data in a more visual form. The Feedback sentiment chart shows the percentage of total responses that were positive (view the percentage on the left-hand side), along with the total number of sentiment responses (the number of responses on the right-hand side).

The Feedback Requests chart shows you how many requests were sent each day of the past month.

The Google Reviews and Facebook Reviews charts show you each platform's star rating over the course of the past month along with the amount of reviews received, allowing you to easily see when you received a review that impacted your Google or Facebook rating.

Page 4 - Survey Analytics

On this page, you'll be able to visually track your rating over the past month, as well as your average star response within surveys, across all surveys.
