What should I do if a reserved item hasn’t been picked-up?

Send a reminder via the Poppins chat to check if the person is simply running late.

If there’s no response or presence, contact our Poppins support team directly via support@wearepoppins.com.

Good news: You can cancel a booking at any time directly from your messages before the day of rent.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Messages tab in the app.

  2. Open the conversation related to the rental you want to cancel.

  3. Tap on the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner of the screen.

  4. Select "Cancel share" (or "Annuler le partage").

The cancellation will be processed immediately, and the other user will be notified.
