A Smart Recommendation is a feature that suggests alternative options when your initial booking or request is not successful.

1. In which cases will I receive a Smart Recommendation?
You will receive a Smart Recommendation if:

  • Your booking request expires.

  • The provider cancels the share.

  • You do not receive any answer to your community need after 3 hours.

2. What happens if my booking request expires?
If your booking request is not accepted in time and expires, you will automatically receive suggestions for similar available options.

3. What if the provider cancels the share?
If the provider cancels, you will be notified and Smart Recommendations will propose alternative listings that match your needs.

4. What if I don’t get any answer after 3 hours?
If no one responds to your community need within 3 hours, you will receive tailored recommendations for other available providers or listings.

5. Do I need to do anything to receive these recommendations?
No action is required! Smart Recommendations are sent to you automatically if any of these situations occur.
