Getting Started with REISift: Your First Steps

New to REISift? Here’s how to set up your account.

We’re excited to have you onboard! Whether you're looking to scale your business or just getting started, REISift helps bring clarity, consistency, and efficiency to your marketing and deal flow.

Dashboard Overview

When you first log in, you’ll see your Dashboard. This gives you a quick snapshot of your data:

You can also purchase credits and reach out to our support team through chat at any time from the top bar.

Step 1: Add Records

Let's start by adding records to your account. You can either pull lists directly from REISift using SiftMap, or upload your own list.

To add from SiftMap:

  • Click SiftMap in the sidebar

  • Enter your market area in the search bar

  • Use our Prospect List Presets or additional filters

  • Select your results and click Add to Account

To upload your own list:

  • Click Upload File → Add Data

  • Select Adding properties to an Existing list and choose the list you want to upload to from the dropdown menu.

  • If uploading to a new list, select “Uploading a new list not in REISift yet” and name the list

Step 2: Connect Your Tools

Head to Settings → Integrations to connect REISift with your dialers, texting platforms, PPL Services, or Carrot site.

We can set up the integrations for you if you need to connect:

  • Calltools

  • Readymode

  • Launch Control

  • Smarter Contact

  • Google Forms + Zapier

  • Carrot + Zapier

  • PropertyLeads + Zapier

  • iSpeedToLead + Zapier

Aircall

Setting Account Time Zone

Under Settings -> Profile, click the pencil icon above the timezone, type in then select your locations time zone.
Important: Please don't skip this step! The timezone affects when tasks are due.

Step 3: Understand your Pre-Built Workflows

Your account comes with pre-configured workflows for:

  • Lead Management

  • Acquisitions

  • Transactions

These workflows include:

  • Default Lists, Tags, and Statuses

  • SiftLine Boards for visual pipeline management

  • Pre-set Tasks and Sequences to automate follow-ups

  • Filter Presets to quickly filter for records with tasks.

How it works:

  • When you change the property status to New Lead, a follow up task is created automatically, and the lead is added to your New Lead phase in SiftLine.

  • As you work the lead and move it through the different phases such as Hot, Warm, or Cold, REISift automatically schedules future follow-up tasks based on those stages and updates the property status.

  • When a lead is ready for an offer, move it to Acquisitions. Once it goes under contract, it will shift to Transactions, where you’ll manage the deal through closing (or fell-through).

There are also default boards to help manage your exit strategies like wholesaling, flips and rentals.

Step 4: Invite Your Team

Solo users can skip this step. If you're working with a team, go to Settings → User Management to add team members.

After your team is added:

  1. Delegate Tasks: Go to the Tasks page → Configure Presets → Click the 3 dots to edit and assign tasks by user or role.

  2. Update SiftLine Board Permissions: Open any board → Click Edit → Assign permissions:
    Just Read - view only
    Read & Write - View and Move Cards
    Admin - Full control (view, move, edit, delete)

  3. Assigning New Lead Records: Go to Sequences → Lead Management, open the Call New Lead sequence, click Make Changes, and set the assignee

Step 5: Start Marketing

Now you’re ready to start filtering, skip tracing, and launching your first campaign.
