Adding and Removing Properties from a Board in SiftLine

Properties can be added to a board individually within SiftLine, or in bulk from the records page.

Adding Properties to a Board within SiftLine

Properties can be added to a board individually within SiftLine. First, click SiftLine on the left side bar of your account.

Next, click Add New Card. A card in SiftLine is a deal. An owner can have more than one active deal inside SiftLine. Each of their properties will generate a different card.

Here you can search by property address, then select the board and phase you want the card added to and select Import Property.

Adding Properties to a Board in Bulk

Properties can be added to SiftLine in bulk from the Records page. Filter for the Records you want to add.

Next, select the records and go to Send to -> SiftLine.

Choose the Board and Phase you want the properties added to and click Import properties.

You can track the progress from the Activity -> Action page in your account. Once complete, you'll see all properties in the Board and Phase you selected.

Note: Adding properties to SiftLine does not remove them from the Records page.

Moving Properties through the Board

Properties can be moved through the different board phases by dragging and dropping.

You can also move them by clicking the 3 dots towards the bottom right of each card and selecting Move card.

Next, Select the Board and Phase you want to move the card to, and click Move Card.

Removing Properties from a Board

Properties can be removed from a board by clicking the 3 dots towards the bottom right of each card and selecting Delete card.

Confirm you want to delete by copying and pasting or typing DELETE FOREVER, then click Yes, delete it.

Note: Deleting a card from SiftLine does not delete the property from your account. It only removes the property from the board. You will still be able to access the property from the Records page.
