Yes. Your conversations and connections remain in your Solarplaza account after the event, so you can keep in touch with the people you met. In addition, once the event has ended you can download a record of your event connections from the Download my connections link on the My Events section of your Solarplaza account dashboard. This export includes only the attendees you connected with (where the connection request was mutually accepted), it is not a copy of the full attendee list.
