Stora sends automated emails to your customers, from booking confirmation through to move-out. This article lists each one, when it is sent and whether you can turn it off.
In the tables below, Can I turn it off? means one of the following:
Yes – you can stop the email for a single booking, subscription or action.
Only by turning off the feature – the email is part of an optional feature. It stops if you don't use that feature.
No – the email is always sent, because the customer needs it to pay, sign or access their account.
You can change the wording of most of these emails in Email Templates, even when you can't turn them off.
