All customers will have access to an online account through your Stora website. This is accessed through the My Account link in the header section of the website.
When customers book online, they're prompted to set up their account after the booking is completed. They can also set up their account using the booking confirmation email.
You can also send account creation invites and password resets.
What can customers do through their accounts?
Sign the contract and/or complete ID verification.
View and download invoices.
View current and previous subscriptions.
Book further Storage.
Cancel their subscription, though this can be configured.
