Need someone to have access to multiple permission sets? No problem. Users can now hold multiple roles, giving you complete flexibility and control over how your team works in Street.co.uk.

Street AI Call Handler

Quickly zero in on the calls that matter. You can now filter the Enquiry Centre to view Street AI Call Handler calls specifically, making it easier than ever to review conversations, follow up efficiently, and stay on top of every AI-handled enquiry.

Contractor Compliance

Contractor Compliance is your new in-workflow safety net in Street.co.uk. It centralises every contractor certificate, tracks expiry dates automatically, and warns you before a job is assigned if something’s out of date. Build a clear audit trail, prove your due diligence, and stay ahead of incoming legislation, so every instruction is confident, compliant, and completely covered.

View Historic Listing Approval Changes

Street.co.uk now records every owner-requested change during listing approval, giving you a clear audit trail you can access even after the property goes live.

Search Applicant Table by Name

You can now search the applicant table by name, helping you find the right person instantly without filtering through lists.

Filter Tasks Due Today

A “Due Today” task filter keeps you and your team focused by showing only the tasks that need action before the day is out.

From the Tasks page, select Filters > filter by due date = today.

Reopen Closed Maintenance Jobs

You can now reopen jobs with one click, making it easier for teams to continue work, add updates, or fix premature closures.

From the maintenance job click actions (top right) > reopen job.

View Rent Review emails in the Tenancy Activity Feed

Every Rent Review email sent is now logged directly in the tenancy activity feed, giving you a clear, centralised record of communication.

Customise property table columns

Tailor the property table to suit your workflow. Show, hide, and reorder columns to surface the exact information your team needs.

From the property table page, click 'edit columns' on the right hand side to choose which columns to show and in what order.

Client Accounting

Portfolio indicator on Allocate Funds

Properties that belong to a portfolio now display a clear indicator icon, helping you instantly understand the context before allocating funds.

From the allocate funds page, look for the portfolio icon next to the property address.

Search bank transactions by value

You can now search the bank transactions page by amount, making it easier to track payments, reconcile discrepancies, or find specific entries fast.

New data on statement tables

Statement data tables now include timestamps and user details, giving you full visibility over when statements were created and who by.

From the owner page ledger page, head to the Statements tab.

Skip mapping after your first import

Once you’ve completed your initial import and mappings, skip the mapping page automatically.

When importing subsequent statements you will go from the upload statement step to the review statement line step.

Searchable Owner Payments to Make

The Owner Payments to Make page is now fully searchable, so you can quickly find the payment, owner, or property you need to action.

Searchable Agent Payments to Make

The Agent Payments to Make page also now supports search, making it easier to locate specific agent payments without filtering manually.

Charge type filter on Agent Payments to Make

A new charge type filter lets you refine the Agent Payments to Make list, helping you sort and manage payments with more precision and speed.

Open API

Access key details through the Open API

Retrieve key information such as issue dates, return dates and who the key is assigned to, all through the Open API.

Create notes on inspections through the Open API

Add inspection notes directly into Street.co.uk via the Open API so your records stay accurate and up to date.
