Partner Platform

When you head to referrals, you'll now see a Learn More options, explaining how the Partner Platform helps you capture, track and convert referrals in one place. Short demos, clear guides and ready-to-share resources make it easy to start broker conversations and turn referrals into a consistent revenue stream.

Start earning faster with automated broker onboarding

The Partner Platform now automatically follows up when brokers haven’t completed their getting-started steps, from accepting an invite to adding billing details. That means less chasing and faster onboarding, all without extra effort from your team.

Street will send follow up emails 2, 4, 7, 14 and 30 days after invitation. These emails cannot be turned off and the content cannot be edited.

For more information on the Partner Platform see our help centre collection here.

Set staff commissions for mortgage referrals earlier

The Invite a Broker journey now prompts staff commission setup earlier, so everyone knows what they’re earning, and referrals are ready to progress as soon as they land.

Clearer outcomes for lost mortgage referrals

Lost referrals can now be marked with clear statuses – such as no response, not viable, or rejected offer – giving you a clearer picture of what’s happening and helping your team improve outcomes.

Faster commission setup for brokers

Brokers can now set commissions for multiple services, like different mortgage or insurance types, in one click.

For more information, see our Partner Account Setup help article.

Sales and Lettings

The Street AI Call Handler now uses branch-level context when handling calls, including which properties belong to each branch, helping callers get more relevant responses and your team receive clearer, better-informed enquiries.

For more information, see our Street AI Call Handler help article.

More control over when listings go live

Control who can make a property available for sale or to let when mandatory workflow steps are still outstanding. This ensures required steps are completed before listings go live.

Users with a role with the permission "Allow this user to publish listings when there are outstanding mandatory actions" will be able to skip mandatory actions in the property onboarding workflow.

For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.

Manage applicants at scale, in seconds

Cut repetitive admin and keep your active applicants accurate by bulk-updating, like marking multiple contacts as not currently looking in just a few clicks.

For more information, see our Bulk Managing Applicants help article.

Speed up the time between instruction and go-live

Get clear visibility when sellers review their property listing for approval, so your team can follow up confidently, remove bottlenecks, and get properties live faster.

In the property's activity stream, you'll see when the owner views their listing approval for the first time.

For more information, see our Property Listing Changes help article.

Keep move-outs fully documented

A new Notes tab on the Move Out page lets you create and track important information during the process, ensuring everything is captured.

For more information, see our Move Outs help article.

Instruct contractors without breaking flow

You can now instruct a contractor straight from the Add Contractor page, saving time and clicks.

For more information, see our Adding a Contractor help article.

Better tenant communication during maintenance

Tenants can now be notified when quotes are instructed, improving transparency and communication.

From notification preferences, go to the lettings tab and toggle on quote instructed for tenants.

For more information, see our Notification Preferences help article.

See maintenance request volumes at a glance

See the number of maintenance requests directly from the submenu for better visibility.

Lease tenancies supported for the Isle of Man

A new Lease tenancy type is now available for Isle of Man customers.

Contact the right person, every time

You can now record a Relevant Person against tenancies to help streamline communications.

From the tenancy details, look for the Relevant People section to add relevant people, selecting from existing people in your account (or add new ones if needed).

Export missing compliance data easily

The Missing Certificate table can now be exported for faster reporting and follow-ups.

You will need a role with the 'Allow this user to export data from Street' permission to access this.

Client Accounting

See all your opening balances in one clear report

A new Opening Balance Report gives you clear visibility of starting balances across your accounts.

Head to Reporting > Accounting > Opening Balance Report.

For more information, see our Opening Balance Report help article.

More clarity when paying contractors

Invoice dates now appear on the Contractor Payments to Make page, helping keep records clear and payments accurate.

Share balances in seconds

Cash Balance Reports can now be exported as PDFs for easy sharing and record-keeping.

For more information, see our Cash Balance Report help article.

Faster, cleaner daily workflows

The Allocate Funds page is now alphabetically sorted, making it quicker to find what you need.

Open API

Lettie

With the Lettie integration, tenants can report maintenance issues over WhatsApp, with requests created and synced into Street.co.uk.

For more information, see our Lettie integration help article.
