Lettings updates
Serve Form 4A for rent reviews without leaving Street.co.uk
The official government Form 4A is now built into rent reviews. Street.co.uk fills in the details, you sign electronically, and it's served to the tenant by email, all in one compliant flow.
For more information, see our Rent Review help article.
Landlords review lettings offers in the Client App
Landlords can now view and review their lettings offers right in the Client App. Offers appear on the Overview tab and within each property's Your Home screen, and tapping through opens the full offer detail: rent amount, desired move-in date, tenancy term, pet and smoker status, employment and combined salary, plus any notes the agent has shared. Status pills make it clear where each offer stands, so landlords can weigh everything up without calling the agent or logging into the web platform.
For more information, see our Offers (Consumer App) help article.
Reposit deposit replacement
Record Reposit policies directly in Street.co.uk, with everything kept in one place and a reminder before a policy expires.
For more information, see our Reposit help article.
Client Accounting updates
A clearer way to process agency payments
Processing agency payments is now far clearer. Income and charges are shown separately, you choose exactly what to pay, and Street.co.uk shows the net amount before anything goes out, so even the largest payment runs are quick to work through.
For more information, see our Payments to Make help article.
Custom charge types
Add your own charge types alongside Street.co.uk's defaults, and hide the ones you never use to keep the list tidy.
For more information, see our Charge Settings help article.
Maintenance updates
Instruct & Complete
Close off a job that's been fixed on the spot in a single step, ready to invoice straight away.
For more information, see our Instructing a Maintenance Job help article.
Client App updates
A smarter Your Home tab
The Client App's home hub now adapts as your client moves from valuation through to an active sale, so the information on screen stays relevant to where they are in the journey.
Agent App updates
Caller ID
See who's calling before you answer, with the contact's name and property shown on your phone screen (iOS).
For more information, see our Caller ID help article.
Sales and contacts updates
More control when matching and contacting
You can now reach more applicants when matching a property, put your own wording into match emails, and choose which company contacts hear from you and which appear on legal paperwork.
For more information see the following help articles:
Choose to include applicants with no recorded preference for a specific property type
Edit the match email subject line, email content and where the email sends from
Mark if a company contact should receive communications and/or be included in AML checks and the MOS
Notes that follow the property
A note added to a property now shows up on the sale and the owner's record too, so context travels with the property.
For more information, see our Notes in Street help article.
Compliance updates
Schedule when compliance checks go live
Admins can line up exactly when compliance checks switch on, alongside a set of smaller refinements across the platform.
For more information, see our Landmark AML Integration help article.
