Admin Updates That Remove Friction

This release transforms Admin into a more powerful hub for oversight and efficiency. Dashboards now highlight summaries for tabular reports, making insights accessible at a glance. Pricing workflows are strengthened with margin and margin type fields for non‑system add‑ons, while adding discount categories bring structure and speed to proposal creation. Automations gain flexibility with the ability to save blank fields in stage inputs and remove tags, ensuring cleaner execution.

Admin also expands its role in financing operations with the addition of Prepaid PPA controls. Teams can now define prepaid percentages at the lender level, ensuring deductions are calculated accurately and reflected downstream in proposals—bringing more transparency and predictability to financing workflows. For document workflows, SubHub Sign template mapping now supports business-day-only date calculations, excluding weekends and holidays, improving contractual accuracy and reducing manual adjustments. Commission management evolves with adder and non-system adder margin formulas available during commission creation, ensuring payouts align more closely with deal structures.

Sales Velocity That Closes with Confidence

The latest upgrades take selling speed and precision to another level. You can now filter customers by proposal type, whether new, change order, or both, delivering sharper segmentation for every sales flow. Roofing proposals get a big lift too, with the ability to edit facet squares directly within group settings for instant corrections and refined estimates. A Roof Summary view is now displayed under non-system add-ons, giving teams a transparent breakdown of roof data inside proposals. And with AI-powered roof summary calculations, you can select individual faces, run quick face-based calculations, and view facet labels right within design mode.

Consumption workflows are now smarter. Consumption profiles show or hide kWh and bill values based on the utility provider, with monthly and annual calculations available globally. Finally, the Welcome Call dashboard now supports historical insights, with activity filters expanded to cover the previous four years, helping sales teams track engagement and trends over a longer horizon.

Finance: Smarter, Faster, More Flexible

Finance just got more powerful, giving teams clearer options and greater control over customer financing. SunGage now supports multiple financing products, including BrightStart and Sunrise, enabling teams to tailor plans to customer needs. With Sunrise, you can offer a payment escalator, providing structured flexibility for long-term financing. Selecting the right product is now as simple as choosing from the dropdown, making workflows faster and reducing errors.

These updates give sales and finance teams the tools to manage deals confidently, align proposals with real customer needs, and close smarter.

Project Management: Control the Work, Not the Chaos

Project Management upgrades are designed to simplify complexity and boost efficiency. The Project Detail section now appears in horizontal tabs, streamlining access to summaries and essentials. Tasks for job stages are grouped inside Project Details, ensuring alignment across workflows. Teams can now add notes and upload multiple attachments directly to tasks from the task list, making it easier to capture context and keep all relevant information in one place. Custom layouts are more versatile, with fields now optional and editable, while dropdowns support multiple inputs for capturing richer information.

With these improvements, Project Management becomes a seamless flow of clarity, customization, and control.
