February 17th 2026 Releases

Updated over a week ago

This release focuses on how work is tracked, automations surface updates, and teams understand status at each stage, helping Admin, Sales Velocity, Finance, and Project Management teams operate with fewer assumptions and clearer signals.

Admin Updates That Strengthen Core Workflows

Admin updates this month focus on clearer automation behavior, stronger visibility controls, and more accurate reporting.

Reports now support additional boolean operators, including “is not true,” improving precision when filtering fields such as archived status. Site survey questions can now be marked as required, preventing site survey packages from being completed until mandatory information is provided.

Project configuration is more consistent across organizations. Custom project fields created by EPCs now appear automatically in connected Sales Organizations, and project page layouts support multi-select roles, reducing duplicate setup and improving access control.

IronRidge just got easier to plug in. It’s now available to everyone in the Integrations tab and not limited to Seamless Energy. Inside SubHub Sign, you can copy and paste fields within the same template for faster document setup.

Task and stage logic have been clearly separated. Task visibility is now independent of stage automation, ensuring all tasks remain visible at all times. Automated stage progression now controls only whether stages advance once tasks are complete.

Automations can now be paused using the Unlaunch option, providing clearer control without deleting workflows.

Users gain better control over how they want to run their projects with these project field-centred features. They can hide or unhide specific project fields as well as enable editing of fields in projects that are cancelled or on hold. Further, for Text or Text Area field types, the Field Type can also be updated.

To maintain workflow efficiency, office cloning has been enabled. It allows duplication of the office using only the name and territories; no email is required. Additionally, BOM formulas support the use of parentheses, which ensures accuracy and flexibility in calculations.

Sales Velocity Updates That Support Faster Sales Cycles

Sales Velocity updates focus on improving task-level awareness and collaboration within lead and sales workflows.

Sales users are now notified when they are tagged in notes on lead tasks, with notifications appearing directly in their SubcontractorHub account. This helps ensure follow-ups happen promptly without relying solely on email.

In proposals, a button will appear if the CXM has changed the consumption profile data source from SolarFax to Arcadia, allowing reps to update the utility data accordingly. Further, to ensure more accuracy in the generator job type proposals, users will now be able to calculate the load on the generator using the “Calculate Load” button.

Finance Updates That Improve Visibility

Finance updates in this release focus on maintaining consistency across active financing workflows while projects progress through execution.

GoodLeap now supports a flexible number of required consumption data months, replacing the previous fixed one-month minimum. In Sungage, users can select the DPP (deferred payment portion) type when choosing financing in proposals. Adding to that, in manual lenders, pre-paid lease lenders can now add discount percentages in pricing information. Additionally, manual lenders no longer support ITC for payment factors. Further, LightReach offers separate battery mapping for battery-only job types. HomePro Finance allows co-applicants for qualifying loans and a more convenient change order process.

Project Management Updates That Strengthen Execution

Project Management updates focus on task visibility and real-time updates during active work.

Projects reflect real-time automation updates when enabled by admins. When automations modify project data, users see immediate banner notifications with options to refresh project details or review triggered automations, keeping teams aligned with the latest changes.

Additionally, projects support pinned notes, which will be visible at the top. Further, attachments within projects can be edited or deleted. And the record of these edit and delete actions can be viewed using the "View History" button in the attachments tab.

These updates transform complex workflows into a more transparent and predictable experience for every department involved. By prioritising visibility, offering more control, and providing refined logic, the platform ensures that every team executes with higher precision and fewer manual workarounds.
