May 12th 2026 Releases

SubcontractorHub continues to make everyday work easier for teams across the platform. These updates bring more flexibility to admin controls, cleaner proposal and signing experiences, smoother finance movement, and better task details inside projects.

Smarter Admin Controls for Everyday Management

Perfect Packet now lets admins link Perfect Packet questions to specific finance options and offices, so the right questions appear within proposals based on the set conditions. Reports Activity Tracking adds a View Activity button to report details, making report changes easier to track. Roofing Material Type Management lets admins add, enable, or disable roofing material types, so proposals stay accurate. Adder Pricing Visibility Control allows organizations to hide or show adder pricing in proposals, giving teams better control over pricing visibility. Water filter equipment selection permission lets organizations control which roles can select water filters in water filter proposals, while still allowing restricted roles to adjust other proposal details like adders and financing. Sales commission fields in the Adder details add sales commission type and sales commission amount fields for all job types, helping teams include commission values in the final adder cost more accurately. Net metering vs net billing settings give admins control over whether it appears in proposals. Minimum squares for roofing materials lets organizations set a minimum square value by territory and material, so matching roof proposals follow the required material quantity rules. SubHub e-sign completed document delivery ensures recipients only receive fully signed documents, reducing confusion from partially signed files. Automation condition updates add new condition fields and operators, giving teams more flexibility when building if/else automation flows. Lead source and sub-source commission rules let teams apply commissions based on the customer’s lead source or sub-source, helping commission rules match the right proposal owner automatically. Customer list view filter logic adds AND/OR logic to customer filters, making it easier to build more precise customer views.

Sales Velocity Updates for Faster Proposals

Roof proposal material bulk edit lets users edit roofing materials in bulk instead of updating them one by one, helping teams build roof proposals faster. Welcome Call tag-based field control now makes the “Include input fields for tags” checkbox available only when tags are added under question details. This helps ensure the right customer information is pulled into the required fields. Test data toggle for customer creation and webhooks lets users mark a customer as test data during customer creation, so teams can test features without adding that customer to the organization’s billing. Test customers, projects, and proposals are also excluded from webhooks by default, helping keep test data from interfering with live webhook activity. Organizations can still choose to include test data in webhooks when needed.

Finance Updates for a Smoother Customer Experience

Concert Finance’s Propel product now lets customers finalize quotes before qualification, helping sales reps provide a smoother and more convenient financing process to customers.

Project Management Updates for Better Coordination

Task subject addition lets users select a saved task subject or create a custom one when adding project tasks. They can also use tags to pull proposal details like customer address, keeping tasks clearer, faster to create, and easier to manage. When enabled by the admin, users can also add new task subjects directly to the database when creating a task.

With these improvements, teams can manage information more clearly, move proposals forward faster, and keep project work better organized. Each update is designed to reduce manual effort and help users stay focused on the work that matters.
