You can now define the minimum number of batteries required for each proposal directly within your database. This feature gives you more control over system sizing and helps maintain compliance with local requirements (like utility minimums or incentive rules).Once a minimum quantity is set, it will automatically appear in the battery section of your proposal, ensuring that no quote is generated with less than the required number of batteries.

Locate the “ManageDatabase” tab on the left-hand side and click "Database".

Click on the “Batteries” tab.

Select “Batteries” from the sub-tabs

Find the battery you want to update (e.g., Generac or Sonnen Evo 10), and click on the “View Detail” button on the right side of the row.

Scroll down to theBattery Detail Pageand locate the “Price Information” section. This is where you can setpricingforeach stateorterritory,define margins, assign bonuses(such as the Sonnen Bonus), and now, configure theMinimum Quantityrequired for proposals as well.

Scroll down and right to find the “Minimum Quantity” column. Each row corresponds to a specificjob type(like Solar). TheMinimum Qtycolumn shows the required number of batteries that will automatically be added to the proposal (e.g., “1” in the screenshot below). You can also set different values here based on territory or job type if needed.

Click on the "Edit" button to set the battery quantity and click "Update."
