From smarter admin permissions to faster financing insights and cleaner project workflows, everything that is essential to your team and you has been covered in this release. Here's everything that shipped.
Admin: More Control, Right Where You Need It
Admins can control customer name visibility on the Customers page with a simple permission-based checkbox, so sensitive data stays exactly where it should. At the org level, the Resource Folder just got smarter too with a new "Offices" option that lets you create office-specific resource folders that only appear once a user logs into that particular office, keeping resources relevant and clutter-free.
Over in the Appointment module within Automation, proposal tags now sit alongside project, lead, and customer tags for the "Send Email" action across all job types, making communication easier to organize. We've also added two new automation triggers; one that fires when a tag is added to a project, and another that fires when a Perfect Packet question is answered on a proposal.
Plus, "Available For" column on the Lenders page that shows whether a product supports change orders, and a “finance type” field for Auto Adders (available on the new proposal flow) so the right add-ons show up automatically based on financing.
And for teams managing project assignments, with the Backend PM Queue, a new Project Round Robin Queue setting, you can automatically assign a project manager.
Sales Velocity: Clearer Proposals, Faster Decisions
When the Add-On System is turned on within Proposal System Details, the layout now clearly separates the two systems; the system details section shows the old values while the design reflects the new system, add-on included, so there's no confusion about what's changing. On the Customer page, the old "Preferred Finance" field has been replaced with a new Finance Choice section on the proposal details card. Once quotes are finalized, this section displays the selected rates and terms, and the same details, including the finance partner's name and type, now appear right on the proposal details banner for quick reference.
Finance: Smarter Numbers, Better Visibility
Admins can now disconnect and reconnect Concert accounts directly (visible only to admins), giving you full control over account connections. In Concert Propel, a payment calculator is now visible to everyone, showing the amount financed across all Concert products. For Propel specifically, it also breaks down storage size, solar cost, storage cost, and total project cost. On top of that, the Compare Financing Options screen in Propel now displays energy community results. If a qualified value doesn't look quite right, users can simply hit the Sync Status button to correct it. no need to start over.
Project Management: Design Access Made Simple
For teams working with Aurora, jumping between platforms just got easier. An Aurora Design Link button has been added directly to the Project Details page, giving you one-click access to the design without leaving your workflow.
