How To Set Up The Appointment Module

The "Appointment Module" in SubcontractorHub efficiently manages appointments for leads and projects, allowing users to categorize appointments based on appointment types, roles, and profiles with color-coded filters. This streamlined process ensures a seamless and enhanced scheduling experience within the platform.

What You'll Need

  • Admin access to SubcontractorHub

  • A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Locate the“Manage Database” tab on the left-hand side and click"Database".

Step 2

Scroll down your Database list to find “Appointments” and select “Appointment Type”.

Step 3

Choose "Lead and Customer" to set appointment types for leads, and select "Projects" to set appointment types for projects. Follow the steps below to set the Lead Appointment Type

Step 4

Click the “Add” button in the top right corner.

Step 5

Add a name, choose a background color, and designate roles and users for the appointment type. Click “Save”.

Step 6

Go back to the "Leads" page and select your lead.

Step 7

Scroll down your lead details page and find "Appointments".

Step 8

The 'Appointment Type' filters are color-coded, aiding users in quickly viewing the day's appointments. You can filter your appointments by selecting a background color. Click on the “Add Appointment” button just below “Filter By Type”

Step 9

Select your appointment type, title, and description. Choose the assignee based on roles or users and select the users. Set your appointment date and time and click ”Save”.Follow the steps below to set the Project Appointment Type

Select projects under appointment type and click on the “Add” button in the top right corner.

Step 11

Add a name, choose a background color, and designate roles and users for the appointment type. Click “Save”.

Step 12

Go back to the main menu, click"Manage Projects" and go to"Projects".Here, select your project.

Click on “Appointments” just below the project stage
