What are Inbox buttons?
Inbox buttons are the action buttons that show on each item in your Inbox, such as Send Item, Fax Back, Archive, and Comment.
Admins can choose:
Which buttons are always visible on Inbox items.
The order the buttons appear in.
Buttons that aren't set to always show are still available under the More dropdown on each item.
How do I get to Inbox Buttons?
In the left-hand menu, click Inbox.
Click Admin in the top right.
Click Inbox Buttons.
Inbox buttons are set in Admin, so you need Admin access.
How do I choose which buttons are always visible?
Check the box next to a button to make it always visible on Inbox items.
Uncheck the box to move the button into the More dropdown.
Note: Send Item is always visible and can't be unchecked.
How do I change the order of the buttons?
Drag and drop a button using the three lines (☰) on the right side of its row. Buttons show in the Inbox in the same order as this list.
I can't find a button in the Inbox. Where is it?
If a button isn't showing on an Inbox item, it's probably unchecked on the Inbox Buttons page. Click More on the item to find it.
To make it always visible, ask your admin to check it under Inbox > Admin > Inbox Buttons.
