Troubleshooting Payment Issues

There may be a couple of reasons your payment was not completed:

The checkout session timed-out.

If you left for a while and came back to the checkout page, it will not process.

→ Please start a brand new session by visiting our Pricing Page

Card Declines -or- Insufficient Funds

You may have used an expired card or entered information incorrectly. Your card may have been declined due to insufficient funds.

→ Check to ensure all information is up-to-date and eligible for making purchases.

Browser Issues

VPN's and Ad-Blockers can often disrupt the checkout process.

→ Please turn them OFF before continuing.

Incorrect Billing

The mailing address you provided might not match the records at your financial institution.

→ You may need to update your mailing address directly on their site before continuing.

Financial Institution Settings

The transaction might have been declined or flagged if settings are not up-to-date.

→ Go directly to you financial institution's website to 'enable foreign transactions'
