If you would like to delete your account and information with WatersAbove™ you can do so from the Settings inside your Account
⚠️ This action is permanent and non-reversable. Once you have deleted your account, there is no account recovery process. Please take this action with caution.

You can delete your account whether or not you have an active membership with THE COLLECTIVE by WatersAbove™
You must have the password associated with the account in order to delete your account

Open the app (or visit app.watersabove.com)
Click on your Profile Picture in the upper right corner to access Settings
Click on 'My Account'
Click on 'Delete Account'
Confirm account ownership by entering your password
Enter the reason for deleting your account (optional)
Confirm account deletion.
At this point, your account has been deleted and is unrecoverable. Read below for the exact details about what happens to your data after account deletion.
What Happens Next?
When you delete an account with us, a couple of things happen. View our Privacy Policy for the most up-to-date information.
Your email address is freed up to be used again in the future.
Your username and Display name can now be used by someone else.
This does not delete any content you provided to the app (e.g., posts, images, if you were recorded during a group meeting, direct messaging history, etc.).
If you wish to delete content you provided to the app you must do so manually before so before deleting your account.
We are unable to edit or redact any recordings for any reason. By participating in being recorded during a group meeting (e.g., The Clarity Key) you consent to that content being made available indefinitely.
