How to sign up, subscribe, and start your WatersAbove membership.

Choose a plan, complete checkout, and you'll receive a welcome email with instructions for accessing the platform.

Signups are only available on the web at watersabove.app. You cannot create a membership in the mobile app.

Heads up: Memberships are processed through our third-party billing system. You may see Stripe and Link appear during checkout, on your billing statements, and in confirmation emails. These are our trusted partners that keep your payment information secure.

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A valid email address (this will be tied to your membership and the platform log-in, so use one you check regularly)

  • A payment method (credit card or debit card)

  • Your billing information ready (name, address)

  • A few minutes to complete checkout

1. Choose Your Plan

Visit watersabove.app/pricing to see our current membership options.

If you received a direct checkout link from us via email, you can use that link to go straight to your selected plan.

2. Provide Your Name and Email

Enter your first name and email address to begin checkout. Use the email address you want tied to your membership — this is how you'll access the platform.

3. Complete Checkout

You'll be taken to our secure checkout, powered by Stripe and Link. Provide:

  • Your full name

  • Billing address

  • Phone number (optional)

  • Payment method

4. Confirm and Pay

Review your order and complete your payment.

Once your payment is processed, three things happen right away:

1. You'll be redirected to a welcome page at watersabove.app/welcome with instructions for accessing the platform.

2. You'll receive a welcome email from us with the same instructions and a direct link to the platform.

3. You'll receive a receipt email from our billing partner confirming your purchase.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is my WatersAbove membership the same as my Patreon membership?

No. WatersAbove and Patreon are two independent platforms with separate billing. Joining one does not give you access to the other. If you're a member of both, you'll see two separate charges and need to manage each one independently.

I didn't receive my welcome email. What should I do?

First, there is nothing in the Welcome email that is not also provided on this page: watersabove.app/welcome

Make sure to use the same email address you used at checkout.

However to ensure you receive future emails from us, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@watersaboveuniversity.com and we'll check to see if it's bouncing, has a typo or can find another cuase.

I have a coupon code. Where do I enter it?

If you have a coupon code, you'll find a field to enter it at checkout. Some of our promotional offers are pre-applied through direct links and don't require a code.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Available options will be shown at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe and Link, industry-standard payment systems used by millions of businesses worldwide. WatersAbove® does not store your payment information directly.

Can I sign up in the mobile app?

No. You cannot create a membership in the mobile app. Please visit watersabove.app/pricing on the web to sign up. Once your membership is active, you can access the platform on both web and mobile browser (and mobile app once that is made available).

What happens after I join?
