Unfortunately, if your subscription was purchased through the App Store, it's not possible to switch directly to a team account. In this case, we recommend the following steps:
Cancel your current subscription by going to https://subscriptions.instories.com/, selecting our app, and ending your existing subscription.
Submit a refund request on the website reportaproblem.apple.com.
Once the refund is approved, you’ll be able to purchase a team subscription on our website: https://instories.com/.
If you already have projects saved in the app, after creating or joining the team you will still have access to see and edit your projects in the app. No worries! 💜
