AI credits are your balance for advanced AI generations like AI templates and video generation. Whether your plan includes credits, and how many, depends on your plan — check your balance in My Account.
Where can I see my balance?
On the main screen, tap the menu (three lines) in the top-left corner.
Select My Account.
Under your balance you'll see the next refresh date (Next renewal) — this isn't a charge.
👉 Please Note: If you've seen other credit amounts mentioned before, rely on what the app shows.
How do refreshes work?
Depending on your plan, credits refresh every week or once a month.
Each refresh resets subscription credits to your plan's amount — it doesn't add to what's left.
Unused subscription credits don't carry over.
If auto-renewal is off, the last refresh covers only the days left in your subscription.
Basic tools never use credits: Captions, Eraser, Beautify, Remove Background, Instant Reels Maker, Instant Stories Maker, Magic Draw, Magic Expand and Text Brush.
Why does an AI template ask me to upgrade if I have credits?
Each tool and template costs a different number of credits. Video generation is among the most expensive: the cost grows with length, resolution and AI model. If the cost is higher than your balance, the app shows the upgrade or credit purchase screen. Wait for your next refresh, buy an extra credit pack or upgrade your plan: tap Generate in the tool to see the options, or go to My Account → Get More. A credit pack is a one-time purchase and doesn't renew.
Credits are missing or didn't refresh?
Open My Account, scroll down and tap Restore (enter your Apple ID password if asked).
Fully close and reopen the app, then check your balance.
On the website, log in with Continue with Apple using the Apple ID you paid with to see the same balance.
