Another month, another set of new releases and updates for our users. Here’s what’s new in Reveal for the month of February!

Pipeline is now Collaborate

New name, new look, new functionalities

Pipeline enters a new era, with a powerful redesign and features that improve engagement between internal and external teams. Collaborating with partners to close accounts has never been easier. So what exactly has changed?

In essence, Pipeline is now called Collaborate, with Items lending themselves to a new name, Discussions. These can be flagged by Partner Managers to initiate discussions with their teams, or by Sales to signal their need for help. Partner Managers can use Discussions to create agendas or to-do lists for meetings with their partners.

You can focus on "your deals" or "your partners' deals", simply by clicking on the respective tabs at the top of your screen. The “Partners” filter allows you easily focus on Partners you own, while two new account types have been added: "co-selling" and "reselling".

The brand new design comes with a host of new features, that will be rolled out on a recurrent basis. Here's a list of those that were launched this month:

  • Any user (Partner Manager & Admin) can edit a Discussion ... even if isn’t their own!

  • Duplicate accounts are allowed - you can have many discussions for the same account, partner, requester

  • You can select multiple partners "on partners’ deals"

  • These Discussions can now be exported as one sheet

  • Referred accounts are added as Discussions by default (no approval step needed). That said, this applies only for overlapping accounts, not New Prospects.

Reveal 360° Dashboard for Salesforce Power users

  • Understand and leverage partner data

  • Customize the view for their own needs

  • Visualize the data to identify trends, focus areas and prioritize accounts

  • Reduce reliance on RevOps teams to build out a custom dashboard

Sales Weekly Digest

The right accounts and the right partners, now at your hands

Sent every Friday to Sales professionals, the Weekly Digest highlights key accounts where you can source or influence revenue using partner insights. Our goal? Making these emails as actionable and relevant for you as possible.

Following the new features of January and October, the story of the Weekly Digest continues, with these updates:

  1. High-level metrics to show how many prospects and opportunities you can generate revenue on with partners

  2. Ability to export your digest as a file (Premium workspaces only)

  3. Request an intro on accounts you own

The Sales Weekly Digest is available on all workspaces, including Sales reps who are not users on Reveal - to set this up, read our guide here (available for Salesforce CRM only). Pro and Power plans get access to a full list of 10 accounts, with freemium workspaces receiving a limited view.
