Steps: Bulk Inactivate Users
Open the User Management tab in the ANVL Admin Panel.
Filter or search to locate the users.
Select the checkbox next to each user to inactivate.
Select Inactivate Users (bulk action).
Confirm the action and review results.
Key Points
Inactivation:
Immediately removes access
Does not delete the user record
Inactivation can be performed only by Admins
Watch Out For…
Inactivation impacts:
Assignments
Workflow participation
Re-activation cannot be performed via bulk action
Users must be re-activated individually in the Users tab
Re-activation does not restore past assignments automatically
