Bets are generally settled within 1–2 hours after an event has concluded and the results are known. However, in some cases, this process may take longer, and bets might remain pending for up to 24–48 hours based on market conditions and provider processes. For live/in-play markets, bets may be settled during breaks in play, such as halftime (where the outcomes for those markets are already known). It is a common occurrence for a winning bet's status to show as 'Pending' or waiting, and there can be several specific reasons for this. Typically, platforms do not finalize any bet without being completely certain of the outcome.
During busy periods, such as for highly popular events, delays can sometimes occur due to the high volume of bets, in which case this settlement period is extended. Certain factors can also delay settlement, such as market delays in processing and verifying results, events with special rules (e.g., delayed matches or weather-affected games), or broad settlement being completed for the entire market before individual bets can reflect updates. For example, a cricket match shortened due to rain may cause providers to wait for official confirmation before processing settlements. We always try to settle bets as quickly as possible. Please remember that before a bet can be settled, we must receive official confirmation of the results from various sources. If there is any ambiguity in the outcome of an event, the settlement will be delayed until it is confirmed.
