Being marked "Void" means your bet has been cancelled. It is neither a loss nor a win; instead, your original stake (Stake) has been returned to you. According to Baji's policy, a match or bet can be voided under various circumstances.
Below, the main and common reasons for a match being shown as "Void" on Baji are explained:
1. Match Cancellation, Postponement, or Exceeding Time Limit
This is the most common reason for a bet being voided.
Cancelled or Postponed: If a match is cancelled or postponed before or after it starts for any reason (such as bad weather or security issues) and does not restart within the timeframe specified by Baji's rules (e.g., 12 or 24 hours), then all bets placed on that match will be voided.
Specific Time Limit: Some betting markets may have their own rules (e.g., “match to finish within 12 hours”). If the match does not end within that specified time, bets placed under that condition may be voided.
2. Player or Team Did Not Participate (DNP)
This rule is most often applicable in cases of individual performance or player-specific bets.
Player Did Not Play (DNP): If you place a bet on a player's performance (such as scoring a goal, making runs, or taking a wicket), but that player does not enter the field for even a single minute during the match, the bet is voided. The reason is that the player had no opportunity to perform.
3. Platform Errors or Rule Violations
Sometimes, bets can also be voided due to internal platform errors or specific rule violations.
Wrong Information: If incorrect odds (Wrong Odds) or an incorrect market (Wrong Market) is listed by mistake, and bets are placed on it, those bets are voided in the interest of fairness and as per the rules.
NoteRule Violation: If a specific regulatory rule is violated during a match, which directly affects the match's outcome, the bet may be cancelled.
4. Suspicious Activity or Suspicion of Fixing
Betting companies follow strict policies to maintain the integrity of their platform.
Suspicious Betting Pattern: If an unusual or suspicious betting pattern is observed for a match, or if a strong possibility or allegation of match-fixing arises, betting companies may declare all bets on that match void as a precaution.
When a bet is "voided," it is not considered a win or a loss. Your original stake (Stake) is returned to your account.
The reasons mentioned above are generally responsible for a match being voided. However, for a better understanding of more detailed and specific information, please visit the official "Terms and Conditions" page of the Baji platform by clicking here.
