(This screenshot show bets greyed out and prevented from being placed.)

1. Odds are incorrect or have changed

Reason: The odds you are trying to bet on have likely changed or are no longer valid.

Solution: If your Back or Lay odds change too quickly, try placing a new match on the exchange or use the platform’s Instant Match feature to automatically use the best available odds.

2. Market is suspended

Reason: If you see Suspend on your betting screen, the market is currently closed and not accepting new bets.

Solution: Wait for the market to reopen before placing your bet again.

Note: The screenshot in this section shows a betting interface with the “Suspend” label, indicating that the market is temporarily unavailable.

3. Low liquidity

Reason: If there’s little money or few participants in the market, your bet may not go through.

Solution: Try again later when there is more liquidity, or place bets on smaller or more competitive odds that can match quickly.

4. Betting limits

Reason: The exchange platform may impose a limit on the maximum stake you can place.

Solution: Try reducing your stake or adjust your bet based on the market position.

5. Account or technical issues

Reason: You may be experiencing a technical issue with your account or the platform.

Solution: Refresh the platform or log out and log in again. If the issue continues, contact Customer Support for assistance.

6. Market not matching properly

Reason: The odds you selected may not align with the market or are unlikely to match.

Solution: Adjust your Back or Lay odds to bring them closer together so your bet can be matched faster.

Note: If you still encounter problems after trying these solutions, contact the platform’s Customer Support team for personalized help.
