From time to time, you might notice that the address you're looking for doesn't appear in the dropdown address search box. This can happen for various reasons:
New Locations: Recently established addresses might not be indexed in Google Maps yet.
Unlisted Addresses: Certain addresses, especially in remote areas, may not be listed on the platform.
If you encounter such a situation and need to manually override an address, follow these steps:
Click the "Can't find address" Button:
If the desired address isn't in the dropdown, click on the "Can't find address" button.
Enter Address Details:
Provide the required address details:
Street Number
Street Name
City
State
Zip Code
Optionally, you can also add the latitude and longitude.
Set and Save the Address:
After entering the address information, click on the "Set Address" button.
Save your changes to manually input the address into the search system.
Once the address is manually entered, you can proceed with filling out the rest of the intake information.
