Bills you can pay
We support a wide range of business bills and expenses. Here's our list of approved payment categories:
Suppliers
Pay various suppliers and vendors.Payroll
Pay employee wages or salary.Commercial Rent
Pay commercial rent for your office space, store, or warehouse.Utilities
Pay for electricity, water, and waste management services.Insurance
Pay for commercial insurance premiums.Income, Property, and Business Taxes
Pay income taxes to the CRA and Revenue Quebec, municipal property taxes, and business taxes (including corporate taxes, payroll remittance, GST/HST remittance with a 20-digit payment code).
Why can't I use Amex for some categories?
Amex has restrictions on setting up certain types of payments, so some categories must be paid with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Suppliers can now be paid with Amex. The table below shows which categories accept Amex.

Can I pay myself dividends or other expenses/incomes through Chexy?
No. Chexy does not support:
Dividend payments to yourself
Owner draws
Internal company distributions
Transfers between your own personal and corporate accounts
Chexy is designed for third-party bill payments — rent, utilities, taxes, and corporate payables. It is not a substitute for banking transfers or internal accounting distributions.
What we don't support
While Chexy is flexible, there are a few types of payments we do not support on our platform:
Loan payments
At this time, Chexy cannot be used for repaying credit cards, personal loans (including Buy Now Pay Later), or other forms of debt.Bank account funding
We don't support sending money to personal bank accounts, brokerage accounts, or savings accounts. We also don't support currency conversion. Chexy is designed for bill payments only, not for cash advances or account top-ups.
