INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Manage member/player access to reservations during prime time.
Use Cases: System users can create different limits for different membership types. For example, a Guest membership type might be blocked from all prime time slots, and players with a Full Membership type might be allowed two prime time bookings per week.
PREREQUISITES
This tool has a direct impact on a member/player's ability to access facilities. System users should have a clear understanding of club policies.
These restrictions are one part of the Restriction rules, which in turn is part of a membership type.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS
The first step is to open the relevant membership type.
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click MEMBERSHIPS. A new page displays.
Click the Individual or Family tab.
Select a membership type and click the Reservation Rules tab.
Go to the Restrictions heading and click the By Prime Time Reservation Count tab.
Limiting access to prime time bookings
Scan the fields and enter a number.
Number of Prime Time RESERVATIONS a Member is Allowed to Reserve per Day - Limit the number of prime time reservations a membership type can make per day.
Number of Prime Time RESERVATIONS a Member is Allowed to Reserve per Week - Limit the number of prime time reservations a membership type can make per week.
Number of Prime Time RESERVATIONS a Family is Allowed to Reserve per Day - Limit the combined number of prime time reservations that a family membership can book per day.
Number of Prime Time RESERVATIONS a Family is Allowed to Reserve per Week - Limit the combined number of prime time reservations that a family membership can book per week.
