These sections are not enabled by default, but you can activate them and add text to make them available to your users.
Accessing the "Pages" Tab
Log in to the Portal: Sign in to your Dokeos portal using an administrator account.
Access the Settings: In the left sidebar menu, click on "Settings".
Open the Customization Section: Select "Customize" in the Settings menu.
Go to the "Pages" Section: Click on the "Pages" tab to start customization.
1. Enable the "Privacy Policy" section
Find the option to enable the "Privacy Policy" section.
Activate this option to display the section on your portal.
Enter your privacy policy text in the designated field.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
2. Make the "Privacy Policy" section public and visible on the login page
Enable the option to display the "Privacy Policy" on the login page.
Save your changes to ensure users can view the policy when logging in.
3. Enable the "Legal Information" section
Find the option to enable the "Legal Information" section.
Activate this option to display the section on your portal.
Enter your legal information in the designated field.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
4. Make the "Legal Information" section public and visible on the login page
Enable the option to display the "Legal Information" on the login page.
Save your changes to ensure users can view the legal details when logging in.
Viewing the vections
The "Privacy Policy" and "Legal Information" sections can be accessed:
By clicking on the user profile.
On the login page, if the public option is enabled.
