7. Charge passes: new EEVEE passes or migration

Why we recommend new EEVEE charge passes instead of migrating the old ones.

Your drivers already have a charge pass from the previous supplier. You have two options: migrate those passes, or give drivers new EEVEE passes.

Our recommendation: send new EEVEE charge passes

  • Less confusion: the pass carries EEVEE branding. Drivers do not have to wonder which provider a card belongs to.

  • Cleaner cut-over: each pass is created and linked to the right driver in the EEVEE Business platform from day one.

  • Clear end of the old contract: the old cards are simply deactivated.

Migrating existing passes

Migration is possible, but it can be messy. Passes are tied to the previous supplier's systems and contracts, and mixed branding often causes questions from drivers. Discuss this with your EEVEE contact if you prefer to migrate.

Avoid a gap

Deactivate the old card only after the driver's car is connected to EEVEE and the new pass has arrived. That way drivers can always charge.

Coming soon: virtual charge passes

Virtual charge passes in the app will soon be available at EEVEE as well.
