12. Whitelisting EEVEE charge passes on a charge point

How to allow an EEVEE pass on a charger that only accepts approved badges.

Some charge points only start a session with approved badges. To use an EEVEE charge pass on such a charger, the pass has to be added to its whitelist.

How it works

  1. Find the UID of the charge pass in the EEVEE Business platform. The UID is the unique identifier of the card.

  2. Enter the UID in the CPMS that manages the charge point. This can be EEVEE CPMS or the system of another operator.

  3. Test the pass on the charger to confirm that a session starts.

If the other operator does not accept the pass

Some operators do not accept charge passes from other providers on their whitelist. In that case, request a guest badge from that operator and use it on that charge point.

This is common when a partner's employer manages the home charge point. See Home charging scenarios: shared charge points.
