A mobile phone with the TerraConfig app (iOS or Android via the Google Play Store)
Follow the steps
Step 1: Request a TerraConfig account at least one day before the installation: (TBD). You will receive a username and a temporary password by email.
Check your spam folder: the email may end up there. The sender is "noreply.autosender".
Step 2: Download the app and log in with the temporary password from the email and your username.
Step 3: Change your password. This is required before you can continue.
Step 4: Tap Connect Charger. The charging station appears with its serial number; select it. Enter the 8-digit code from the white sticker supplied with the charging station and tap save.
Step 5: Once connected, tap Device Sync. Under Firmware info, check that the latest firmware version is installed.
Step 6: Under Configuration, tap OCPP Server.
The charging station can only connect when it has a working internet connection and the bottom two lights on the charging station are green.
Step 7: Tap enable external Server and select the server: (TBD)
Tap OK and restart the charging station.
Step 8: Enable RFID: go to the device settings, open nfc device settings and tap enable.
If you are the installer, go to Step 9. If you are the owner, go to Step 10.
Step 9 (installers): Activate the charging station on the EEVEE platform: (TBD)
Step 10 (owners): Register the charging station in your EEVEE account: (TBD)
The charging station is now linked to your EEVEE account!
