How to add a new client/company to Exsalerate

To add a new client/company to Exsalerate click Add Company on the left side of your screen, type in the company name, and capture relevant details

Drop-down menus can be customized via the settings menu (admin access required)

Activities can also be customised via the settings menu

Recording your First Activity

Add the details of the person:

Bob Plummins, director & decision maker

Choose the sales phase Acme Corp occupies in the sales pipeline (leads)

Choose the activity typefrom the dropdown menu enter notes that relate to that activity

Click Save and Exsalerate creates both the company/client (Acme Corp) and contact profile (Bob Plummins)

An activity window pops up to enable you to add more notes, click Done to complete the activity

A follow-up activity prompt appears, choose the type of activity you wish to schedule with Acme Corp then add any necessary notes and click Todo


The scheduled activity will now appear on your to-do list

A contact profile for Bob Plummins saves against the Company Profile along with the completed activity - scope proposal

As Bob is the decision maker, star the contact record so he appears on the right-hand side of the main company dashboard
