Some features in Firsty (occasional promotions, Firsty Free, etc.) are only available to customers with a validated phone number in their account.
Since the "Phone" tab is no longer available in the app, it is currently not possible to manually add a phone number to an existing email-only account, or simply swap numbers on an existing profile.
To associate a new phone number with your account:
Because we cannot change the number on an existing account, you must create a new one. Please follow these steps:
Create a new account using your desired mobile phone number.
Contact Support via the app or website.
Request that they transfer any unused bundles or balances from your old account (email or old number) to your new phone-number-based account.
