Some features in Firsty (occasional promotions, Firsty Free, etc.) are only available to customers with a validated phone number in their account.
Do you sign in with an email address but want to access these features? Follow the steps below to add your phone number:
Adding a new phone number to an email account
Previously signed in with an email address and you want to login using your phone number?
Go to the calls tab
Attempt to make a phone call. Notice that you are prompted to add your phone number.
Add your phone number and validate with either SMS or Whatsapp
At the moment, it’s not possible to add an email address linked to your existing Firsty account.

Changing the phone number associated with your account
Got a new phone number? We can't change the number on your account, so it's best to create a new account using your new phone number. Contact support to transfer any unused bundles or balances to your new account.
