Currency in Firsty

Can I change my account currency?

No, the currency shown in your Firsty account cannot currently be changed manually.

The currency is automatically set during account creation and billing setup. At the moment, it is not possible to switch the account to another currency afterward.

This applies to all account types, including:

  • Direct Firsty app accounts

  • Partner-created accounts

  • Grab MiniApp users

  • Bank or partner integrations

What does this mean?

The currency currently displayed in the app will remain the active billing currency for your account.

Support is unable to manually:

  • Convert the account currency

  • Switch billing currencies

  • Override the selected currency from the backend

Need help with billing?

If you believe:

  • You were charged incorrectly

  • Your payment failed unexpectedly

  • The displayed currency does not match your purchase flow
