What’s included?
Eligible Belfius customers receive a one-time promo code for a 1 GB gift from Belfius (same offer across Belfius account types). The gift is applied when you choose a plan and check out in Firsty — you can put it toward a data bundle or a daily plan, depending on what you need for your trip.
Each code can be redeemed once per user.
Note: Firsty is rolling out an updated plan lineup (Free, Classic, and Unlimited), and the Belfius experience will move to it as well. Until that happens, the plans described in this article apply.
What is Firsty?
Firsty lets you access mobile data worldwide without needing a local SIM or roaming plan. Our eSIM works across borders — whether you’re messaging, mapping, or staying connected, you’re covered.
How to redeem your Belfius gift
1. Receive your Belfius message
Belfius sends eligible customers a bank mail message in the Belfius app (in-app notification). It will mention your 1 GB gift from Belfius and include a link to get started.
2. Open Firsty from Belfius
In the Belfius banking app, follow the link or tile to open the Firsty web experience (you do not need to search the App Store first).
3. Sign in with your phone number
Create or sign in to your Firsty account using your mobile phone number.
4. Choose your plan
Pick the plan that fits your trip — for example a data bundle (GB) or a daily plan.
5. Enter your promo code and check out
Add the promo code from your Belfius message at checkout. Your Belfius gift is applied to the price of the plan you selected.
6. Install your eSIM
Follow the in-app instructions to install your eSIM. Once it’s set up, you’re good to go — connect and explore.
After your gift
You can buy additional data or plans anytime if you need more for your trip.

Can I redeem my code more than once?
No. Each code is valid for a single use only.
Do I have to download the Firsty app?
You can complete signup, purchase, and eSIM install from the Firsty experience opened via Belfius. You may also use the Firsty app later with the same account (same phone number).
Where do I get my code?
Belfius sends the offer by bank mail in the Belfius app to eligible customers. If you did not receive a message, check your Belfius app notifications or contact Belfius to confirm eligibility.
Can I use the gift on any plan?
Yes — apply your code at checkout on the plan you choose (data bundle or daily plan).
