You want to schedule a campaign using a predefined list and have a Yotpo or Klaviyo integration?
Good news: WAX now automatically imports your Yotpo and Klaviyo lists. You can select them directly when defining your campaign audience (Step 2).
Once the list is selected, the import will begin in Step 3, “Review and Schedule.”
Depending on the size of your list, the import may take a few minutes (around 2 minutes for 10,000 contacts).
Once the import is complete:
The estimated campaign cost will be updated.
You can then send or schedule your campaign.
If you choose to schedule your campaign:
The list will be automatically refreshed at the time of sending if it’s scheduled for more than two hours later, to include any new contacts added in the meantime.
The list will not refresh if the campaign is scheduled to send in less than two hours.
The number of contacts shown in Step 2 isn’t the same as in Step 3 — is that normal?
Yes, that’s expected. Contacts without a phone number are automatically excluded, which may cause the count to differ between the two steps.
