Click Settings, then WhatsApp Settings > Business Account. This page lets you set up the information shown on your WhatsApp Business profile (photo, name, description, contact details).

Log in to your WAX account via this link
Add a profile picture
Click Upload file
Upload an image (a logo or brand visual is recommended)
👉 Your contacts will see this picture on WhatsApp
Ideal size: 500 x 500 pixels.
Format: square image (1:1 ratio).
File size: try to keep the file under 5 MB so it loads quickly.
Supported formats: JPEG or PNG.
Tips:
Avoid blurry images: use a high-resolution picture so it stays sharp.
Centering: place the main subject in the center, since WhatsApp crops the image into a circle.
Keep it simple: choose a simple image with a clean background so your brand or photo stands out.
Choose your vertical
Select your industry in the Vertical field
Example: Retail, Services, Other…
Add a description
The Description field lets you briefly present your business.

Complete your contact information
Address: your company's address
Email: the public contact email
Websites: add one or two websites (main site, help center, etc.)
