Click on Edit to modify the reply. You can update the message text, add an image via Add media, edit the body, and add buttons to personalize the welcome message and guide the contact from the first interaction.

Start node – Greeting Message trigger
This is the starting point of the flow.
It is automatically triggered when a contact initiates the conversation.
Reply
This is the message automatically sent to the contact.
Example: Hello, how can we help you?
👉 This message is sent within the 24-hour window, without using a template.
Greeting message priority: global vs. flow
If your client uses both a global greeting message and flow-specific greeting messages, which one is sent?
The greeting message depends on when the user enters the flow:
If the message is sent within 24 hours after entering the flow → the flow greeting is used
If more than 24 hours have passed → the global greeting is sent
