These settings tabs let you control when and under which conditions a flow runs for a given contact.
Re-entry rules
Decide whether a contact can go through the same flow several times. Two mutually exclusive options:
Send only once in a lifetime: a contact who has already entered the flow will never enter it again.
No more than once every X days/hours/minutes: you set a minimum interval between two passes of the same contact through the flow.
💡 Turning on one option automatically turns off the other.
Messaging window
Choose the time slots during which the flow is allowed to send messages. When this option is on, any message triggered outside these hours is put on hold, then sent when the window next opens.
The window set on the flow takes priority over the one set at organization level.
At least one day must stay open.
The start time must be earlier than the end time.
Customer intervention
Three independent options to turn on as needed:
Pause the flow when the contact replies manually.
Pause the flow when an agent replies.
Turn on a flow-specific greeting message that replaces the global greeting message.
💡 As soon as a reply is detected, the flow's current run for that contact stops immediately.
Greeting message
If a greeting message is set in the global settings, it applies to every flow, even if you turn on this option in one of your automations.
We recommend checking and turning off the global flow greeting message in Settings → Greeting Message before adjusting rules per flow. Follow the guide here
