Do you message customers in more than one language? You don't need to translate your messages one by one anymore. WAX automatically translates every message in a flow into the languages you choose.
How it works
1. Open your automation or campaign.
2. In the settings menu, click Translate this automation (or Translate this campaign).
3. Pick one or more languages, then click Translate.
Translation takes a few minutes. While it runs, the flow is locked and nobody can edit it. You can close the window with Hide and the translation keeps going.
Good to know
- Your current content stays as it is. Each translation is added as a new language version of the message.
- The automation must be turned off, and a campaign must be a draft.
- WhatsApp templates that are already approved or under review go back to draft. You'll need to submit them to Meta again. Nothing is submitted automatically.
- Some messages are skipped: paused or rejected templates, forms and empty messages.
- If part of the translation fails, click Retry: only the missing translations run again.
💡 Translations are automatic. Open each message to check it before you turn your flow on.
