Invoices are available from the charging history in the Electra app, and are also sent by email at the end of each charging session if the option has been selected.
📅 How often are invoices issued?
Electra does not bill monthly: an invoice is issued for each charge, upon receipt of the CDR (Charge Detail Record).
💡 Invoices are generally issued instantly, but may take a few days in rare cases.
