Once the order has been placed via the Electra app, the card is sent by post to the address provided at the time of the order.
📍 Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
No, it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed.
⚠️ If the carrier is unable to deliver the card to the indicated address, it will be returned to us. You will then need to contact our team to update the address and have a new card sent.
📦 What is the delivery time?
The card is delivered within 10 to 14 days maximum.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your card has been dispatched.

❓ My card hasn't arrived — what should I do?
Within 14 days of placing the order: no need to worry, delays can happen 😌 There is no need to contact us, as we won't be able to provide further details.
