🪪 Activating the card in the app
Open the Electra app
Go to the Payment Methods > Charging Cards menu
Tap "Activate a card"
Enter the serial number printed on your card or scan the card
💡 The serial number consists of 9 alphanumeric characters, split into 3 groups of 3. Example: J4D IS3 21J
💡 Good to know
If the serial number is illegible, you will need to contact Electra's customer service
The serial number printed on your card is different from the identifier read by charging stations during a charging session. This distinction exists for security reasons.
If your card has not been activated within 3 weeks of being dispatched, you will receive a reminder email.
