The price applied to a charging session is displayed in the Electra app, directly on the station page.

Overstay or parking fees may apply at certain stations. These fees are visible on the station page in the app before starting your charging session.
🧾 How do I dispute a charging invoice?
For any dispute following a charging session that did not go as expected, please contact our customer service team via the in-app chat or by email.
